Mission
Evidence Based Research and Strategic Policy Advisory
The greater East African region offers increasingly complex and dynamic challenges that require innovative thinking and policy solutions. LLC works to shape appropriate responses through research and policy advisory based on available conscientious, unequivocal and judicious evidence. We reach out to clients and stakeholders with a view to establishing strategic partnerships and technical service in our areas of expertise. We believe that solid, evidence-based research and analysis provides the best foundation for sound policy advice, which in turn translates to appropriate policy formulation and implementation. Our key focus is to integrate effective interventions that synergize the most up-to-date and best available evidence in order to answer questions rooted deeply in the region’s real setting.
Bespoke Training and Capacity building
LLC organises and delivers tailor made capacity building and trainings on a range of thematic areas. To ensure sustainability of our training interventions we have designed a special post-training Mentorship program. This program has been created to further support our training participants once they complete our training, by providing them with on-the-job tools to apply knowledge gained in their training to their everyday work.
Diplomatic Dialogue
LLC facilitates multitrack policy discourses that address diverse subjects relating to regional and global level diplomatic engagements. The aim is to promote constructive conversations and collaborative engagements that help to build common ground and measures that lead to peaceful coexistence.
